    Hawk’s Nest

Hawk’s Nest is a studio and home tucked away in a beautiful mountain setting. It was created for a Parisian sculptor who felt a pull to the site, which began as simply a limestone quarry out in the middle of nowhere, boasting a view of the Potomac River. The goal of this home is to create something beautiful that at once contrasted against the beauty of the natural environment around it, and the result is a modern, squared-off home that stands out in a beautiful way amongst the nature around it.

    Photographer’s House

Though nestled in the countryside, the Photographer’s House sits along a main road, one that allows you easy access to important locations. Surrounding the home is a beautiful collection of houses that stand in a picturesque way side by side, a forest stemming out from these houses to fill in the gaps with natural beauty. This home is a structure that is large in size and made out of mortar and galvanized iron plate that offers a slight, warm bit of shining light. Full of character, it stands out among the other nearby houses and looks dashing beside the accompanying shrine. The building is often used by photographers who want to turn it into a gallery as well as a dwelling; a place where both passions for their art and passions for their living state can live in harmony. Because of this, instead of having a dedicated space for each function of the house, there is an open floor plan that allows you to live in harmony with your work.

    House At Big hill

House at Big Hill is one of the most recent projects to be undertaken near the Victoria’s Great Ocean Road. It is characterized by its minimalistic design and simplistic form. This home is semi-recessed into the slopes around it and made in a triangular shape that invites lovers of modern architecture to take a peek inside. Its orientation and style are designed to allow those inside to better enjoy the 180-degree views of the Lorne and Airey’s Inlet and Bass Straight with plenty of naturally grown and mature eucalyptuses to peer through.

Bright, airy and able to make you feel at home and cozy from the get-go, the 200 Square Foot Tiny House in Hawaii by Jay Nelson is as beautiful as it is comfortable. This 200 square foot cabin is tiny in the sense of its size, but once you step foot inside of it, you’ll realize just how much space you have to work with. This house was built in under two months and used 25,000 pounds of completely salvaged, sophisticated and sustainable redwood. It is ideal for a tranquil escape or for hosting small parties in the heart of one of the most sought-after tropical landscapes.
